How can we help?

My reminders are not appearing.

Check that notifications are allowed for Phil in your iPhone settings. Also check whether a Focus mode is limiting notifications. Then open Phil and check the reminder you set.

My entries are missing on my new iPhone.

Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account as before and allow time for iCloud to sync. If you have a backup file, open the info area in Phil and choose Restore.

I want a backup of my entries.

Open the info area and choose Backup. This creates a file containing your saved entries and available prophecy recordings and transcripts. Photos, videos, document attachments and unsaved drafts are not included; back up attachments separately and use suitable device backups. The file also contains entries from protected areas and has no separate password encryption. Keep it somewhere secure and share it only with the intended recipient. Use Restore to import it later.

My recording has no transcript.

Check that Phil has permission to use speech recognition. A long recording may take some time to process. If the transcript still does not appear, tell us what happened and include your iPhone model and iOS version.
