Four things worth trying first.
Reminders are not showing up.
Open Settings on your iPhone, go to Phil and turn Notifications on. Then open Phil, tap the info button and set the reminder again. A Focus mode that is running will also hold notifications back.
I got a new iPhone and my entries are gone.
Sign in to the same Apple Account you used before and give iCloud a few minutes. If you made your own backup file, tap the info button in Phil and choose Restore.
I want a copy of everything.
Tap the info button, then Backup. Phil packs testimonies, prayer list, dates, recordings and photos into one file. Email it to yourself. Restore puts it back, and nothing already in the app gets lost.
The recording has no transcript.
Speech recognition needs permission the first time and works better with a short pause before you start talking. Long recordings take a moment to finish.
